2.2. Preconditions

The EST scheme is based on the following prerequisites:



  1. The chassis dynamometer is provided by a third party and is suitable for use under environmental conditions. It also provides a cover plate for the entire base pit, and the entire chassis dynamometer will be installed in the pit.
  2. The speed facing fan is also supplied by the chassis dynamometer supplier.
  3. The peripheral devices of the environmental warehouse will be installed on the second floor equipment layer above the environmental warehouse or in the equipment room next to the environmental warehouse.
  4. The maximum environmental chamber heat load/cooling capacity calculated by EST is listed in the subsequent cooling capacity table.
  5. The foundation pit for the environmental compartment and chassis dynamometer shall be constructed by the buyer, and the seller shall provide design and drawings.
  6. EST provides one set of closed cooling water tower.
  7. The buyer will prepare appropriate ground for the cooling water tower.
  8. Adequate water, electricity, and gas supplies have been delivered to the designated location near the installation site.

2.3.9 Humidity control accuracy:

2.3.3 Environmental cabin:

Warehouse floor and pit insulation board:

The warehouse floor adopts 3/5mm patterned stainless steel SUS 304 floor Underneath the floor is a 24mm laminated board with uniform pressure. 100% hard polyurethane foam, with a galvanized spray coated steel plate containing load-bearing wooden columns at the bottom: 0.8mm. Ensure that the load-bearing capacity is: Above 1500kg/wheel.
