WAKG+WAKS series

A heating pipeline used for transporting gas samples with a temperature range of up to 250 ° C. Can be used for indoor or outdoor fixed installation or mobile use, and can withstand normal mechanical strain. Models above 250 ° C are only suitable for indoor use.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hose with metal braided and stainless steel 1.4305 short tube

WAK series

Connect the heating tube directly to the exhaust pipe for guiding exhaust gas and gas sampling within a temperature range of up to 250 ° C. The nominal diameter is above DN40.

WAF series

A heating wire used for transporting gas samples with particles, with a temperature range of up to 200 ° C. Filters are used to clean and measure particulate matter in gases. Very suitable for mobile applications with high mechanical strain.

Standard hoses and fittings

Can be used for the above types of heating wires. According to the design, basic hoses with PTFE hoses can be used for fluid temperatures up to 250 ° C. Heating wires with stainless steel tubes and corrugated stainless steel tubes can be used for higher fluid temperatures, depending on the insulation type. We can provide higher temperature resistance and special solutions according to requirements.



Spiral hose cover

Spiral hose protection device is used to protect and bind hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, cables, etc. They can also be used to reduce the contact temperature between heating wires and heating hoses in high-temperature applications. Spiral hose covers increase the safety and durability of hoses, lines, and cables.
